• First Impressions Academy – A brand-new initiative designed to provide the content, community, and coaching church leaders need to strengthen their guest experience strategies. Launched in fall 2024 to an exclusive group of Founding Members, the Academy is now open to the public, offering in-depth courses, playbooks for teams, live events throughout the week, and more. • Online Conference – May 21, 2025 – We are bringing expert-led training directly to you with an online conference, making it easier than ever for church leaders to access valuable insights from anywhere.
• In-Person Conference – September 9-11, 2025, in Kansas City – The First Impressions Conference returns in person, providing a hands-on, immersive experience with top voices in church hospitality and guest care.
